You won't find detailed information about project management, quality assurance and terminology management. Because we believe in long-term relationships rather than project-based relationships, we talk about account management rather than project management. And because quality and style are subjective and terminology often contains company-specific elements, we prefer to work with you to define your requirements rather than spend time developing standard documents that don't fit the bill.
